[ She tugs on his arm to get him to stop walking, and even if he doesn't, she does. ]

[ But apparently, she's appeased enough because she starts walking again, as if she knows where the fuck she's going. ]

but that's fine, since their destination is nearby. it's a fancy tea shop, that serves nice tea related foods. it shouldn't be a surprise that takeru would go to somewhere that sells pastries.

but once they get close to it, he points it out to her. ]

[ Yeah, she isn't surprised at all. She laughs softly and walks in like she owns the place. ]

I want the best table.

[ Wish that would get her in trouble. ]

[ i also wish it would, but she gives the aura of being Important, so the staff will bow and start walking to a very scenically placed table.

but he will settle down and hand her a menu. lots of pastries and cakes and the sandwiches you get with tea. their drinks menu is so long. ]

She peruses the menu once she's seated, too, skimming over all the options. She knows what she likes most, so she flips to those sections. ]

It's a treat.

Medb hums, and her smile is beautiful in the way the flower of a Venus flytrap is. She closes her menu and sets it down before leaning forward. ]

It's too little to be called more, but I can give you a meal later. You can even have the full banquet, if you show me a good enough time.

[ and anything else he is about to say gets interrupted, as a server comes by to get their drinks order


takeru gets a coffee drink but it is so sugary. he has my irl tastes. ]

Medb flashes the server a flirtatious smile before ordering a milk tea. ]

What are your plans, now that you're done with your terrorists?

Well, I still have some unfinished business to take care of.

[ he still needs to murder a man. ]

But I promised that I'd take care of Adonis first.

[ waiting shouldn't do any arm, since the wish basically means he'd be able to accomplish it. ]

Are you going to finish it alone?

[ She's not so worried he'll be able to do the act itself because she knows his wish will help him do it, but she is a little worried about the aftermath for him. ]

Well, the only person here is Mineo, and like hell I'd want him there for it.

[ it took a lot just to invite medb over to just chat. ]

[ She checks to see that their server isn't coming back soon before she speaks. ]

That kind of business is personal, so do it in whatever way that satisfies you, but since you had to wish for it, I'm a little worried about the aftermath.

[ She isn't someone who will say revenge isn't worth it. Revenge can be very sweet, but she doesn't know if the person Takeru wants to kill will lead to someone coming after him for it or not. ]

he has to think about it for a second before he answers. ]

Oh, there's a real possibility there could be some fallout. I never really expected to live that long if I ever got to kill him.

[ Displeasure twists her expression, and she stands abruptly. Surprise flashes across her features, as if she's surprised by her own reaction, and she slowly sits back down with a frown. ]
