senri is going to pout and. go to open up the last few boxes then. fine.
it's probably his giant collection of playbills. he will perhaps find the second copy of the one that taka went to and end up deeply confused on why there's two.]
[ that has been taka's best kept secret for years. terrible.
but the neighbor is now saying they can come over for drinks at any time. in a normal circumstance, he and senri would probably get along great, but his timing is just bad.
because senri is just sitting by the box, holding the two playbills, trying to puzzle it out? one of them actually has the little indent from where he'd been hanging it for display for years, so. where's the other one from.
he looks up when taka comes back and leans up automatically]
[ he has not actually noticed what's in senri's hands, since senri has so many damn playbills. but he sets the box down before shuffling over to give senri the kiss. ]
[ it's funny, because normally taka would just suggest that maybe senri accidentally ended up with two but lost track of the extra-- it's not that strange, ending up with an extra and forgetting about it. it's happened to taka before.
but then he actually sees what the playbill is. and he just visibly freezes. ]
while taka's getting embarrassed, there's no denying the way that senri's expression softens as he moves to loop his arms around taka's waist as senri presses his face into his shoulder, leaving a kiss there.
he thinks he remembers the run of his show - he can't remember if he was dating anyone during this time, but he knows they definitely weren't talking.]

[ please finish unpacking
he turns his head slightly so he can press a kiss to the top of senri's head ]
no subject
because senri is just going to preen at that, smiling happily as he melts under the affection so easily]
Mm! Okay, I'm waiting.
no subject
[ and at that moment, there is a knock at the door
hm. taka looks at senri. ]
no subject
... really....
[go answer the damn door]
no subject
and wanders to the door. it seems like a package they forwarded to the new room arrived a little too early and the neighbor got it.
the neighbor is very chatty. ]

eventually taka will return with the box. ]

Kiss.

Needy,

[clearly that counts for something
but he'll glance over at the box - ]
What've you got?
no subject
[ he will open it later. ]
I see you started to unpack.
no subject
[because he's a showboat and also he thinks it's a nice touch
but he'll show taka the two playbills]
I found an extra one though! I must've just tossed it into the box as we were organizing stuff, but it's kinda weird.
no subject
but then he actually sees what the playbill is. and he just visibly freezes. ]
... weird.
no subject
he notices the way that taka freezes obviously and blinks]
... recognize it?
no subject
[
it's not a lie ]
no subject
[ . . . . but he opens up the playbill]
But it's not from my most recent show?
[so why does taka have a reaction to it]
no subject
[ he wanders off to open the box.
listen. taka is aware that he is probably going to have to spill, but that doesn't mean he has to do it immediately. ]
no subject
.... so why are you acting all weird about it...?
no subject
[ it turns out the box is new stuff they ordered for their bathroom. taka is very interested in this. ]
no subject
and nips at taka's ear in protest]
no subject
[ taka is the last person who can say that ]
no subject
[he's not even going to apologize as he leans more onto taka, forcing his weight onto him]
Did you go to this show, Bakaomi...?
no subject
he huffs ]
... yeah. What of it?
[ he is so embarrassed at getting caught ]

.... what did you think?
no subject
[ what a surprise.
his voice gets a little quieter. ]
You were good though.
[ even if at the time, that was a cause of annoyance to taka. that senri seemed so happy without him. ]
